Mindset Magic

A transformational 6-week group journey designed to help you rewrite the stories your mind keeps telling you, release subconscious blocks, and step into your most empowered self.

  • This isn’t just a surface-level personal development workshop.

    Mindset Magic is a 6-week group journey, designed as a deep dive into all things mindset shifts, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional healing — all within a safe space, surrounded by like-minded women.

    We will meet weekly for transformational sessions that blend women’s-circle-style connection, personal development teachings, coaching and embodiment practices, and guided hypnosis journeys.

    Following each session, you will receive reflection and integration resources that support you with anchoring the shifts that are happening for you and allow you to dive deeper into your process between sessions.

    Plus: You will receive a Tranceformation Toolkit with a selection of hand-picked resources and goodies to support you throughout this journey.

    You will also be invited to join a WhatsApp group for ongoing connection and support.

    • 6x Weekly In-Person Sessions
      Transformational 2-hour experiences to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Think sipping delicious cacao, learning about your mind-body system, sharing and connecting with other women, moving through guided practices, and enjoying potent group hypnosis journeys.

    • Reflection & Integration Resources
      Journalling prompts, life coaching exercises, self-hypnosis audios, and more to help you dive deeper into your process between sessions. After each session, you will receive a selection of resources to anchor your shifts, integrate, and expand.

    •  Tranceformation & Integration Toolkit
      A small welcome and closing gift, featuring hand-picked resources from heart-led business — all designed to support your self-care throughout this journey and beyond.

    • Group Chat Support
      A Telegram group chat to stay connected between sessions and after this journey. You can reach out with questions, share your experience after sessions and with the resources, and simply connect with the other women in the group.

    • Self-Hypnosis Guidance
      A new practice for your self-care toolbox. It is my intention that you walk away feeling empowered to keep practising self-hypnosis to support your mindset beyond this journey.

  • We will be meeting for six weekly sessions on Friday nights from 5.30 - 7.30 pm, starting on 11th of July 2025.

Each week of Mindset Magic is carefully crafted to guide you deeper into your inner world and access another layer of your subconscious.

Every session builds on the last to create a journey of tranceformation — allowing you to meet yourself deeply, resolve your subconscious blocks at their root, and expand your internal blueprint in an empowering way.

Week 1

Coming Home to Yourself

It all starts with exploring your inner world and reconnecting with yourself.

  • You can look forward to:

    • a nourishing opening ceremony with cacao to set your intention for this journey

    • a gentle introduction to the subconscious mind and how hypnosis supports transformation

    • a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis journey to reconnect with your inner self

    • reflection resources to help you gain more clarity and set yourself up for positive change

  • Our first session will help you to:

    • understand how your subconscious programming shapes your personal reality

    • explore the lens through which you see yourself and your life

    • gain clarity about where you are at, what’s holding you back, and what you truly desire

    • find acceptance of the present while opening the door to change

    • reconnect to yourself on a deeper level

Week 2

Creating Inner Safety

Regulating your nervous system and feeling safe is key for positive change.

  • You can look forward to:

    • insights into the nervous system, stress response, and mind-body connection

    • gentle somatic practices to regulate your nervous system

    • a calming hypnosis journey to release stress, relax your body, and anchor into a felt sense of inner safety

    • resources to manage stress and regulate your nervous system when life feels overwhelming

  • This session will help you to:

    • recognise your nervous system responses, anxiety, and overthinking as messages and respond with self-compassion

    • recalibrate your internal alarm system and rewire your nervous system for calm and resilience

    • feel more grounded and safe in your body and create a new baseline to return to after being triggered

    • have easy-to-use tools you can use in times of stress

Week 3

Subconscious Clearing

It’s time to release what no longer serves you, find clarity, and make space for the new.

  • You can look forward to:

    • exploring how experiences, stress, and trauma are stored in the subconscious

    • somatic practices to release stuck energy and emotions

    • a powerful subconscious clearing hypnosis to release what no longer serves you

    • resources to help you reduce overwhelm in your daily life

  • This session will help you to:

    • let go of any heaviness and emotional baggage you have been carrying in a cathartic way

    • clear mental clutter and create space in your mind to feel calmer and clearer

    • release outdated beliefs, stories, patterns, and more subconsciously

    • feel lighter, clearer, and more energised

Week 4

Embracing Self-Love

Meet all parts of yourself, expand your capacity for self-love, and reclaim your innate worthiness.

  • You can look forward to:

    • an exploration of limiting beliefs and self-worth wounds

    • coaching practices to boost your confidence

    • a soul-nourishing hypnosis journey to meet all parts of yourself and tap into self-love

    • resources to increase your self-acceptance, self-worth, and self-love

  • This session will help you to:

    • soften your inner critic and cultivate kinder self-talk

    • reconnect to parts of you that have been wounded, rejected, or hidden

    • deepen your connection to yourself and sense of self-love

    • remember that you are enough just the way you are

Week 5

New Perspectives

Shift from lack, scarcity, and fear to abundance, optimism, and deep trust in yourself and life.

    • understanding your brain’s negativity bias and where worst-case-scenario thinking comes from

    • exploring the concept of the reality threshold and the power of gratitude

    • a powerful hypnosis journey to anchor deep trust and rewire your brain for possibility and abundance

    • resources to keep training your brain to notice when things are going your way and feel optimistic

  • This session will help you to:

    • shift from being stuck in worst-case-scenario thinking to feeling curious and optimistic

    • break free from inner limitations and open your eyes to what is possible for you

    • call in more joy, gratitude, and fulfilment

Week 6

The Becoming

Celebrate your progress, step into your most empowered version, and create momentum.

  • You can look forward to:

    • reflecting on and celebrating your progress over the past six weeks

    • insights into why traditional goal setting often fails and how to create a magnetic vision for your future instead

    • an introduction to self-hypnosis so you can confidently continue to use this tool for yourself

    • an activating hypnosis journey to meet and embody your future self

    • integration tools to keep your momentum going and continue your growth

  • This session will help you to:

    • meet and embody the most empowered version of you

    • feel clear and energised about your path forward and next steps

    • close this journey with a sense of success, celebration, and motivation

Mindset Magic FAQs

  • Mindset Magic is for all women* who resonate with this journey — this includes cisgender women and transgender women, as well as non-binary or genderqueer people who would like to explore their feminine qualities.

    Please know it is not my intention to add more division and exclusivity to the world by specifically inviting women to join this offering.

    The reason I am specifically speaking to women*, is that this journey is facilitated from a feminine lens. We will be addressing themes and conditioning that show up for many women* and those who have been socialised as women.

    If this resonates, you are so welcome in this space.

  • No, Mindset Magic is a group coaching container for personal growth, not a therapy group.

    You will be guided through inner healing practices in a supportive space, but we will not be diving into your personal story or working on your individual challenges — that’s what 1:1 sessions are for.

    And please know: While the work we are doing can be deeply therapeutic, it does in no way replace working with a licensed therapist or medical professional. As a hypnotherapist, I never diagnose or treat clinical conditions.

    If you are unsure whether this experience is right for you, please check in with your trusted health professional.

  • Only if you want to!

    Throughout our sessions, we will have sharing rounds, where you will be invited to share your experience, reflections, and insights — but this is always optional. There is never any pressure to share, only an invitation.

    Please also know that these sharing rounds will only make up a small portion of our time together. While we want to give everyone space to be seen and heard, there will not be enough time to dive into detailed personal stories.

  • To be part of this journey, you only need the two hours for our sessions every Friday. That being said, I would fully recommend setting some time aside during the week to work with the resources and tools you will be receiving.

    Here are some more details to help you decide if you have capacity for this experience:

    Our in-person sessions are scheduled to be two hours each. If you can, I would also recommend you give yourself at least half an hour to integrate and indulge in some self-care afterwards.

    After each session, you will also receive resources to work with at home — think journalling prompts, coaching exercises, practices, and guided self-hypnosis audios.

    These practices and tools will be different every week and can range anywhere from five minutes to half an hour. How much time you invest at home, is completely up to you and how much space you have in your life.

    A good rule of thumb might be to set aside half an hour once per week for any longer activities, and to give yourself 5-15 minutes in the morning and/or evening for a short daily practice (like journalling or a self-hypnosis audio) when you can.

  • I fully understand that life happens!

    If you miss a session, you will still receive the resources, and can always reach out for support through the group chat.

    That said, this journey is most powerful if you can be there for every part of it. If you already know you won’t make two or more sessions, it might not be the best time for you to sign up to this.

    Please also note that I am unable to offer refunds or price reductions for missed sessions.

Hypnosis FAQs

  • Hypnosis, as practised during this journey, is a transformative modality for healing and personal growth.

    It is a mindfulness tool that helps us shift from our normal waking consciousness into a trance state. In this state of deep relaxation, our bodies can rest and restore, while we can move beyond our conscious mind and tap into the realm of the subconscious. This allows us to change our internal blueprint in positive ways and rewire the way we think and feel.

    Hypnosis journeys go beyond moments of blissful relaxation — they hold the potential to initiate lasting transformation for us.

  • I totally get this concern! But you don’t have to worry about not being able to experience hypnosis — because “getting hypnotised” is not actually how it works.

    Trance is something we experience all the time in our daily life, not just when we do a hypnotherapy session or hypnosis journey. For example: You experience trance states when you are daydreaming, when you get really absorbed in a book or movie, and in the moments just before you fall asleep.

    That means: The question is not whether or not you can experience a (hypnotic) trance. It’s just about finding out what hypnotic techniques work best for you to access that state.

    In Mindset Magic, we will work with a variety of different techniques, and you might find that some work better for you than others. You will probably also notice that it gets easier to sink into a trance state with every session, as this is all about exploration and practice!

  • Hypnosis is a very safe and gentle technique. As trance is a natural state of being that we move in and out of every day, there is very little risk associated with intentionally going into a trance.

    As such, negative physical reactions to hypnosis are very rare, and usually only happen when you come back out of trance too quickly. This is sometimes called a hypnosis hangover and can manifest in symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, a headache, or generally feeling a little spacy.

    There are, however, situations where hypnosis is contra-indicated and might not be suitable for you. Working with hypnosis may not be recommended if you are navigating certain health conditions, such as:

    • heart issues,

    • life-threatening diseases,

    • epilepsy,

    • diabetes,

    • asthma,

    • psychiatric disorders,

    • or severe mental health issues.

    Please check in with yourself and, if you are uncertain, your trusted health practitioner. Your wellbeing is always the priority.
