Mindset Magic

A tranceformational 7-week group journey for the women who are tired of battling their own mind and ready to move beyond overthinking, self-doubt, and living in survival mode.

  • This isn’t a surface-level self-development course to gain even more self-awareness or help you ‘think more positively’.

    Mindset Magic is a transformative 7-week journey blending subconscious reprogramming, nervous system repatterning, embodiment practices, and identity-level work — all held within an intimate container of like-minded women.

    Over seven weeks, we will be gathering for immersive in-person experiences designed to help you gently unravel the patterns that have been keeping you stuck in loops of overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, and disconnection from yourself.

    Each in-person immersion is centred around a different theme and intentionally designed to create a specific shift for you.

    You will be guided through a blend of experiences that create change — not just in your awareness but at the subconscious, somatic, and nervous-system level:

    • cacao rituals and mindfulness practices to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself deeply, and nourish your whole being

    • insights into your subconscious, nervous system, and mind-body connection and conscious reflection to understand the way your mind works better

    • embodied and nervous-system-based practices designed to create safety and initiate deep internal shifts

    • tranceformational hypnotherapy journeys designed to create deep, lasting change in your subconscious and nervous system

    • time and space for real, vulnerable connection with like-minded women

    Following each session, you will receive tailored integration resources and practices that support you in anchoring your shifts and deepening your process.

    A private group chat will be your space for connection, reflection, and support within the group between sessions.

    You will also receive a curated Transformation Toolkit with intentionally chosen self-care tools and goodies

    • 6x deeply transformational 3-hour in-person immersions blending ritual, women's-circle-style connection, embodied practices, guided hypnosis journeys, and more

    This is a deeply held experience that offers the structured transformation and layered change work you would typically only experience in 12-Week 1:1 Tranceformation Journeys — without the multi-thousand dollar investment of private immersion work.

    The level of transformational work, resources, guidance, and support woven throughout this journey represents well over $2,000 NZD of private-session-equivalent value.

Here’s what we will journey through together

Each week of Mindset Magic is carefully crafted to guide you deeper into your inner world and access another layer of your subconscious.

Every session builds on the last to create a journey of tranceformation — allowing you to meet yourself deeply, resolve your subconscious blocks at their root, and expand your internal blueprint in an empowering way.

We will have three weekly in-person immersions, an integration week, and another three weekly immersions.

Week 1

Opening the Door to Change

It all starts with exploring your inner world and reconnecting with yourself.

  • You can look forward to:

    • a nourishing opening ceremony with cacao to set your intention for this journey

    • a gentle introduction to the subconscious mind and how hypnosis supports transformation

    • a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis journey to reconnect with your inner self

  • Our first session will help you to:

    • understand how your subconscious programming shapes your personal reality

    • explore the lens through which you see yourself and your life

    • gain clarity about where you are at, what’s holding you back, and what you truly desire

    • reconnect to yourself on a deeper level

Week 2

Cultivating Inner Safety

Regulating your nervous system and feeling safe is key for positive change.

    • insights into the nervous system, stress response, and mind-body connection

    • gentle somatic practices to regulate your nervous system

    • a calming hypnosis journey to release stress, relax your body, and anchor into a felt sense of inner safety

    • recognise your nervous system responses, anxiety, and overthinking as messages and respond with self-compassion

    • recalibrate your internal alarm system and rewire your nervous system for calm and resilience

Subconscious Clearing

It’s time to release what no longer serves you and make space for the new.

    • a powerful subconscious clearing hypnosis to release what no longer serves you

Embracing Self-Love

Meet all parts of yourself, expand your capacity for self-love, and reclaim your innate worthiness.

    • exploring the concept of the reality threshold and the power of gratitude

    • a powerful hypnosis journey to anchor deep trust and rewire your brain for possibility and abundance

  • This session will help you to:

    • shift from being stuck in worst-case-scenario thinking to feeling curious and optimistic

The Becoming

Celebrate your progress, step into your most empowered version, and create momentum.

    • an introduction to self-hypnosis so you can confidently continue to use this tool for yourself

    • an activating hypnosis journey to meet and embody your future self

    • integration tools to keep your momentum going and continue your growth

  • This session will help you to:

    • meet and embody the most empowered version of you

    • feel clear and energised about your path forward and next steps

    • close this journey with a sense of success, celebration, and motivation

Mindset Magic FAQs

  • Mindet Magic is for all women* who resonate with this journey — this includes cisgender women and transgender women, as well as non-binary or genderqueer people who would like to explore their feminine qualities.

    Please know it is not my intention to add more division and exclusivity to the world by specifically inviting women to join this offering.

    The reason I am specifically speaking to women*, is that this journey is facilitated from a feminine lens. We will be addressing themes and conditioning that show up for many women* and those who have been socialised as women.

    If this resonates, you are so welcome in this space.

  • Only if you want to!

    At the beginning and end of our in-person immersions, we will have women’s-circle-style sharing rounds, where you will be invited to share your experience, reflections, and insights — but this is always optional. There is never any pressure to share, only an invitation.

    Please also know that these sharing rounds will only make up a small portion of our time together. While we want to give everyone space to be seen and heard, there will not be enough time to dive into detailed personal stories.

  • How much time you’d like to invest in this experience is completely your choice.

    For the most potent transformation, I would recommend blocking out:

    • our weekly in-person immersions on Friday nights

    • 30-60 minutes once per week for the weekly integration practice

    • 5-10 minutes every day for a daily micro practice

    As always, this is just an invitation.

  • I fully understand that life happens!

    If you miss one of the in-person immersions, you will still have a great experience.

    You will of course receive the integration resources and practices of that week’s immersion, so you can still explore that theme for yourself.

    That said, this journey is most powerful if you can be there for every part of it.

    If you already know you won’t make 2+ sessions, it might be the better choice for you to wait for the next round.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

  • Hypnosis, as practised during this journey, is a transformative modality for healing and personal growth.

    It is a mindfulness tool that helps us shift from our normal waking consciousness into a trance state. In this state of deep relaxation, our bodies can rest and restore, while we can move beyond our conscious mind and tap into the realm of the subconscious. This allows us to change our internal blueprint in positive ways and rewire the way we think and feel.

    Hypnosis journeys go beyond moments of blissful relaxation — they hold the potential to initiate lasting transformation for us.

  • I totally get this concern! But you don’t have to worry about not being able to experience hypnosis — because “getting hypnotised” is not actually how it works.

    Trance is something we experience all the time in our daily life, not just when we do a hypnotherapy session or hypnosis journey. For example: You experience trance states when you are daydreaming, when you get really absorbed in a book or movie, and in the moments just before you fall asleep.

    That means: The question is not whether or not you can experience a (hypnotic) trance. It’s just about finding out what hypnotic techniques work best for you to access that state.

    In Mindset Magic, we will work with a variety of different techniques, and you might find that some work better for you than others. You will probably also notice that it gets easier to sink into a trance state with every session, as this is all about exploration and practice!

  • I know there are (sadly!) far too many myths and misconceptions surrounding hypnosis, so let me shed some light on this:

    • Yes, you are absolutely conscious and aware during hypnosis.

    • This is your practice, your process, and you are in control the whole time.

    It’s really important to me that you have all the information you need to feel safe and fully enjoy this practice, so let me share a little bit more with you:

    What happens when we work with hypnosis is that we shift into a different brainwave state. This is called a trance.

    Trance states are completely natural states of being that we experience every day — for example, when we are deeply immersed in a book, movie, or daydream. They are nothing scary or foreign, you actually experience them all the time!

    The difference is: With hypnotherapy, we purposefully utilise this trance state to create positive change. We’re working with different therapeutic techniques to reprogramme your subconscious.

    As a hypnotherapist, I am here to show you ways of accessing this deeply relaxing trance state easily and to guide you through therapeutic processes.

    I am simply offering you guidance — and you can choose to follow it or not. It’s always your choice.

    There’s no brainwashing or mind control involved, don’t worry.

  • Hypnosis is a very gentle, very safe technique.

    As trance is a natural state of being that we move in and out of every day, there is very little risk associated with intentionally going into a trance.

    As such, negative physical reactions to hypnosis are very rare, and usually only happen when you come back out of trance too quickly. This is sometimes called a hypnosis hangover and can manifest in symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, a headache, or generally feeling a little spacey.

    There are, however, situations where hypnosis is contra-indicated and might not be suitable for you.

    Working with hypnosis may not be recommended if you are navigating certain health conditions, such as:

    • heart issues

    • life-threatening diseases

    • epilepsy

    • psychiatric disorders

    • severe mental health issues

    • diabetes

    • asthma

    Please check in with yourself and, if you are uncertain, your trusted health practitioner. Your safety and wellbeing are always the priority.
