This offering is an opportunity for you to slow down, pause, and turn inwards. A space for you to drop into your yin energy, simply be present, and focus on experiencing rather than doing.
Together, we wil sit in circle and honour our divine feminine energy through ritual, dive into our inner world to shed old layers and reconnect to our essence, and move into embodying our most radiant self.

If this is your first day retreat, experience with hypnosis, or venture into personal growth, welcome!
Growth happens when we meet our own edges, expose ourselves to new experiences, and step beyond our comfort zone. It is our intention to offer you a safe space to do exactly that.
That being said, there is a difference between feeling nervous because you can sense the potential for transformation and intuitively feeling that this is not right for you, so please check in with yourself.

No, Sensual Flow is more of a guided movement meditation than a workout or dance routine. There is no technique to master or certain skills required.
This practice is all about activating your senses, noticing how your body feels when moving it, and seeing yourself move.

We fully understand. The discomfort of stepping in front of the camera is something oh so many women can relatn to and a feeling we are familiar with ourselves.
With this in mind, this photo shoot is designed to be an empowering experience. There will be an embodiment practice to help you get out of your head and into your body to ease nervousness. And: Our talented photographer, Kirsty Jensen, has a gift for making you feel safe to express your authentic self and capturing your essence.
With this retreat, we would like to invite you to gently challenge your comfort zone and be open to this experience. That being said, if it is not feeling right for you on the day at all, there will of course be no pressure.

Your standard ticket price includes two high-quality images from your mini shoot, subtly edited to let your natural beauty shine.
If you love your images (and we are sure you will!), Kirsty offers the option to purchase additional photos for $10 per extra photo or a package of 3x additional photos for $25.

Yes, absolutely. It is our intention to make this investment in yourself as accessible as possible.
When booking your ticket, you will see that there is a sliding scale of prices available, allowing you to choose the option that is affordable for your current situation.
There is also the option to pay via Zip or Afterpay.
If the financial investment is still a barrier but you would really love to join, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

Yes, we will provide some nourishing snacks for you to keep your energy levels up during the retreat. Think crackers, nuts, bliss balls, and other bite-sized goodness.
Please know that there will be no full meal provided. We encourage you to have a filling lunch beforehand. You are also welcome to bring along some kai if you are worried about getting hungry.

The most important thing to bring is simply yourself, your energy, and an openness to this experience.
We also recommend you bring:
a yoga mat to sit on
a water bottle
a mug for your cacao
your journal and a pen
To be as comfortable as possible, you might also like to bring:
a bolster or cushion to support you
a blanket or cardigan to get cosy
an eye pillow

Anything flowy and comfortable that allows you to feel like yourself and breathe, rest, and move in is perfect.
We recommend being mindful of the different elements of this day retreat:
for the hypnosis journey, you might want something that is extra comfy to rest in, such as yoga pants
for the empowerment photoshoot, you might want a piece you love the look of, such as your favourite dress
for the sensual flow, you might want something that allows you to move freely and helps you connect to your sensuality, whether that is active wear, a beautiful texture such as velvet or lace, or lingerie
Please know that this will be a safe, non-judgemental space and anything you choose to wear is welcome.
You are also free to bring a second outfit and change before the photo shoot or the sensual flow session.
